iOS Possible exploit - battle loss due to glitch?

I suspect a certain player has some way to glitch an opponents device and win a match. I have a screenshot, but to protect the innocent I don't want to post it in public. I'm happy to share it with a Supercell representative.

Here's what happened. Battle as usual. Toward the end of the fight, I took the first tower. My opponent had not yet taken a tower. Then disaster struck - I apparently had connection trouble, and couldn't play any cards. This lasted until my opponent took all three of my towers down. Once I had lost, the game froze. I had to kill the app and restart it.

I suspect foul play because I was on a cell phone with a perfect signal, because this has never happened in combat before, because it hit the moment I was winning and then froze the game, etc. Seems unlike your normal lag situation. As I said, I'm happy to share the screenshot with a support person. It shows my opponents name, the connection icon, and the final army.
