General Cannot get Supercell to look at the bug! Need your help!

I reported this bug to Supercell through Clash Royale App multiple times, but every time I get the same response from support - along the lines that I must be an *****, because according to whatever data the support person is looking at, everything is fine, therefore no action will be taken by Supercell.

The bug is as follows: before I make a card donation request, I write down EXACTLY how many cards of this type I have, and once in a while, I receive LESS cards than clan members donated (in our clan maximum is always donated very quickly).

Just in the last couple of days, this has happened twice: I requested Mega Minions, clan members donated 4, but I received only 3. This doesn't happen every time, but does happen often enough.

Now, whatever I write to Supercell support, I cannot get past the lowest level of support person who looks at my account on his screen, says that it shows me receiving correct 4 cards every time, and concludes that therefore there is no bug.

I beleive he sees me receiving 4 cards. I also KNOW I only received 3 cards. They must have a bug that shows different numbers to support personnel through web interface and to me on mobile app.

Any advice on how to get to them through this wall?
