After scouring the net and finding numerous so-called "fixes" for the IOS Transaction Pending bug, I've run out of options. I realize there are numerous threads in this forum with the same problem, however my goal is to compile a list of potential fixes and failed attempts in a single thread for reference.

I've tried everything I could find including a complete restore both through the iTunes method, and Settings->Reset. All of my iTunes information is up to date and Apple Support is of no help at this point as my account is in good standing (even had $200+ of iTunes Credit that I tried to use when the bug happened).

I tried loading my profile onto a spare iPad that I let me son play C.R. on....his profile could purchase gems and mine would grey-out immediately upon loading. I was under the impression it was a Cache issue (due to the Android "fix" for this problem) and wouldn't clear until doing a reformat of your device(s), which I've tried without success. Any new fixes or ideas that may help me out? I can still make in-app purchases in Clash of Clans and every other paid app so it seems to be isolated to just CR.

Tried the following:

Reformat (Reset) of Device (5+ times)
Add/Remove iCloud/iTunes Account multiple times
Verified no restrictions are present
Verified Family Sharing isn't enabled
Verified all billing/shipping/etc. information is up to date and valid
