General Guide : How to contact in game support team and recover lost game.

To contact in game support team:

Open your game. Tap on the settings (Gear at top right) :

Now Tap On the Help and Support Section and Then Choose contact us. If you can't see this option, choose on of the topics and choose one of the Messages (does not matter which, just choose one of them):

at the bottom of the page click no, the message will change to Contact Us:

Tap on the contact us and now you can message in game support team.

For recovering lost account :

you have to Send in game support team this message with requested information (fill the stars with your account information):

After messaging them, it will take usually around 24 hours for support team to answer you (It may take longer than that). they may ask you few more questions. if you answer them you will get you village back.

Attention : Don't delete the game (or clear cache/date) and don't change your account when you are contacting support team or you will not get their answer. after getting your account back, please safe guard your progress by connecting it to Game Center / Google account. Supercell Support only help you once, After that you have to learn your lesson and protect your Progress.
