General Transaction is pending (stuck)

I've looked at a lot of the threads for this issue between the Clash of Clans and Clash Royale forums, and cannot seem to find an answer to the problem.

All gem offers are grayed out and clicking on it results in the message "Please wait. Transaction is pending."

I receive the message on all my devices, Samsung Galaxy, iPhone, iPad, all the same. NONE of them are rooted or jail broken. It happened after I tried making a purchase of a special offer on my iPhone, it then took me to the payment confirmation page, where I confirmed my information and clicked yes to confirm my purchase.

I was charged for the special offer and received a receipt, but I received nothing from Supercell in Clash Royale for it. I waited about 18 hours, and called Apple to request a refund, they said everything looked good on their end, the payment was charged, and went through successfully.

I am now 36 hours into this, and Supercell support continues to push blaim to Apple (EVEN THOUGH MY SAMSUNG HAS THE SAME PROBLEM). I can sign into a different Clash Royale (Game Center/Google Play) account, and the grayed options go away and is back to normal, so it's not the devices it's the account.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Clash Royale on all my devices, factory reset, power off/back on, and still no luck. Does anyone know anything about what I can do?
