I'm embarrassed to ask this and I'm not asking how to fix this but, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue.

I'm unable to load 1 account on my device, it just sits at 100% but never actually enters the game. I have tried 2 other accounts on this device and they load flawlessly. I have tried to clear the cache and data as well as uninstall and reinstall the game. However, the same issue continues. 2 of my accounts load fine while my 3rd (main) account just sits at 100% loading. Since some accounts load, its not a Wi-Fi or game data issue.
