I am using the apk version of the game. When I first downloaded I logged into my Google play account and it worked fine.
But I went into the settings and accidentally logged out of my account and now when I try to log back in, the red connection error icon appears and my account data is not restored. And it's not a problem with Google play because if I use my other account it allows me to sign in, but I want to use my first account because I've played quite a bit on it and I don't want to replay it. Has anyone experienced the same problem??

I have same problem, trying to fix it, but nothing, I even tried install and log in at my tablet and same problem. I hope someone will find solution and will write it here! And all it hapened yesterday after update!
