I have two accounts. My 2nd account won't load too. I can sign in to Google Play Games but it doesn't load the original account (LVL. 2), instead it prompts me to load a LVL. 1 account which basically is a start-over. I don't want to make a new one 'cause I already got the dragon and the prince with this one which I don't have with my 1st account . I don't know what to do. :(
