General The fireball takes 5 seconds to deploy!!

This is the fourth time this happens and I lost a match because of it!!
The fireball deploys after 5 seconds and where there is nothing already!!
I mean whats the point of having a fireball even if it will deploy after 2 or 3 seconds!
it should be either 1 sec or instantly.
