Noam - I am sorry you are having such difficulties with HelpShift. I know how frustrating they can be to work with. There are many MANY threads on the forum (including one I started) about trying to deal with SC support, and players will often come here seeking help.

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to contact support for you here, and Support does not read the forum. The best answer is ALWAYS to contact them directly via the in-game system. Here, we can only empathize and sympathize (or not), and discuss. That's about it.

My best advice to you is to be very VERY clear in your description of your issue. What specific helper are you referencing? What was their purpose? How did you get it? What were you doing before they showed up? I don't play CR, so I really haven't got a clue about who you are referring to, or how this may have happened.

I have asked that this thread be returned to the CR forum since you say clearly this is a CR issue. Good luck --
