iOS Game crashes almost every fight

Hello everyone,

when i´m doing fights in the Arena then the game crashes and i loose the battle becouse of this.

I´m playing on an iPad2.

Could someone please tell me how to stop this?
Or if its a Problem of the game, then how to get a refund? Becouse its not possible to Play the game at the Moment.
