General Not getting all the cards I am given

With the last update you can now ask for 3 rares if you are up to arean 7.

When I asked for hog rider I got the 3 cardes my clan members gave me.

But the day after I asked for 3 giants, the offer got completed and they gave me 3 cards, but I only recieved 2 of them. 8 hours later I ask again for 3 giants.
I disconnected from the game, when I reconnected I had the message "1 giant from [player name]" but my giant counter (in the deck section) stayed at 16/20, when I checked in clan section I could see my demand with 1/3 giant, but one more time I dind't get that card...

It is really annoying since I could upgrade my giant level 5 without that bug..
Anyone else noticed that ?

I didn't have the bug when I had : 17/20 hog rider

I'll try to add screenshot if I get the bug one more time...
