iOS Cant Log-in on my 2nd iPhone

I'm having a problem playing on my 2nd iPhone. I'm stuck at 50% loading screen. I already tried logging in to game center with the same account & linked to my facebook account but still it won't go past 50%. I want to be able to play in both phones in case of low battery. Help please? :rolleyes:
