Android My chests keep disappearing due to connection issues.

I have lost about 4 free chests and 3 silver chests(arena 6). So I open the app on my phone, see I have an unlocked chest and open it. Then after it opens and before I get any of the coins or cards I get a "connection issue" which closes the game app. It relaunches and the chests are gone without me getting any of the loot. This has happened several times and is quite frustrating.
