iOS Still didnt get my season reward chest!

My highest was 4402 then I tried a lot of different decks and dropped to 3997.
After the end of the season I didn't receive my reward chest. And at my account it's like if the season was extended for 28 days because doesn't show the info about Best season and previous season. It's like the season didn't end for me and my current highest season is still 4402.
The problem is that SC is not giving feedback right now. Ive contacted them trough the app and they answered me saying the problem was already fixed by the team and I replied with a no fix for me and included a few print screens. After that I didn't get any other messages from them neither the chest.
I am really disappointed and upset with the chest and feedback situation!!!
