General Not getting Super Magical Chest after 500 chests

Title says all. I know a lot of people say "You got 500 wins". I'm not stupid. I started this game when there was no super magical chest, got about 20 chests and quit the game until mid September, when the super magical chest cycle was every 500 chests. I finished the first 240 chest cycle, then finished the second 240 cycle, and I'm at 63rd of the 3rd cycle, which means that I've went through 520 chests ever since the super magical chests have been given for every 500 chests.
