Clash Royale General Tourneys change from Password Protected to Open

I am going to explain how this happened step-by-step from the start.

1. About a year ago clash royale was created.

2. My classmates and I started playing about 2 months later and got into the same clan.

3. We would challenge each other after school and I would constantly beat them(they say its cuz im asian).

4. The tournament feature came out few days ago.

5a. One of my classmates, whose ign is "crownedfoil671", bought a google play redeem card, bought gems in clash royale, and spent 500 gems on created the smallest tournament, which was meant to be a private clan tournament and was created with a password on it.

5b. The tournament name was "Waypoint", the tournament detail was written, "Waypoint will dominate. I'm calling it." The password was my real name, which has 8 all caps letters, and nobody could know it except our classmates. Btw, I use no social applications (ex. facebook, instagram)

6. Most of us joined the tournament, which had a preparation time of 2hrs, and a time limit of 3 days.

7. Some of us, including the tournament host, goes offline for a bit(something like 1hr~2hrs)

8. When we came back, all 50 slots were filled up with people from other clans. The tournament was set to
"open" and tournament detail was changed to "lol".

9. There were still a few of us who didn't join the tournament. Most of the people who joined were in legendary arena. All of our clanmates, including myself, are nowhere near that sort of level. Only one of us is level 9 and he just leveled up. We had no chance of winning even a single card.

10. I got mad and decided to create an account in the supercell forums to complain about this incident.

They say that you shouldn't bring up a problem if you don't have any possible solutions to it. Well, I have 2 solutions and one reasonable solution that all of my clanmates, including the host, and I as well as the others who are affected by this would be satisfied with.

1. Give him back the 500 gems(the 500 gems from the achievement wouldn't matter unless he could get the achivement and the award again if supercell didn't give him back the gems he lost).

2. Fix this bug or set protections against this hack or whatever.

3. If supercell answers no to both of these solutions, then add a "clan tournament" feature. So you can switch between if only your clanmates are allowed into the tournament, your friends only, or public/password
