I got a new phone today, and since the store that I used to get my phones transferred data took my phone away, I can't get on to my normal account. Hopefully I can get it restored!

If your game center was hooked to your sister's account, then it means your game progress can't be hooked to your game center /Apple ID (each game center can be linked to 1 game progress and each game progress can only be linked to 1 game center account).
