iOS Im not getting my purchased gems....please help...

I bought $10 worth of gems yesterday and never recieved them and I did post about it yesterday but no one got back to me... I waited the 24 hours and still haven't received my gems.. I recently tested it again and bought $0.99 worth of gems and still aren't getting them. It pretty agitating that I have to wait this long for something that should take less than 15 seconds at most. I would really appreciate some help please.
