Hello at start sry for my english.

I have problems with the gamę. few times on day gamę loading to 50% or 78% and the back to desktop, helps only hard reset ( volume down + power) after that gamę works oke, but after few loadings problem is back and i must do the same hard reset. Sometimes when gamę loading i have crash graphic like on screen:
