This time I would like to know what is the point of view of the community about the way Supercell interacts with the players.

I’m asking because of a problem that users have been suffering and reporting since the December update (clash royale music playing when the device is locked or while in other apps). This topic has been widely explained (and ignored) as you can check in the next links…

Ok, after all of these reports, and after 40 days, we don’t have a fix, nor an answer. We have been reporting a bug (working as testers) and in return we get nothing. So, some of us could think, what is the point of these forums then??

Why do you think supercell is acting like this? It seems like they don’t like client updates (it’s not been solved in any of the server maintenance updates). Anyways, the fix does not appear to come.

Some people could think, supercell prefers to pay attention to reddit instead of the clash royale forums…. The problem is that it has been reported in dozens of posts there too. No response.

After contacting with them (email) they say that it has been communicated to de development team… Ok. Does it mean that is gonna be fixed? It takes more than 40 days to a company like supercell to fix a bug like that one?

Honest question, I have assumed we are not receiving a fix, I just want to know why are they ignoring us like that.
