So today i have bought 3 $4.99 And i still haven't revived my gems i contacted apple the canceled the payment and i bought a iTunes gift car..

iOS I bought gems and i didnt revived them

I bought two 19,99 dollars pack of gems and one 4,99 pack Of gems and i didn't revived them, what can i do?? Please help me
