iOS Loading Screen Stuck at 93%

Hello,

The loading screen reaches and gets stuck at 93%. The game was working fine until last night. My device is iPad Air 2.

I tried the following:
1- Killing the game by swiping it up.
2- Restarting the device.
3- Re-installing the game.
4- Different internet connection.
5- Free up some space by deleting some movies and now I have 11GB free space.

Remarks worth mentioning:
1- The game is working fine on my Samsung Note 3 (another village).
2- I'm using the same internet connection for both iOS and Android devices.
3- Clash of clans is working fine on my iPad.

Any ideas, please?
What is the game trying to load at 93% anyway?!
