hi i bought £15 worth of gems today, and used some of them wiseley, however i purchased a magical chest and didnt recieve it just 10 mins ago, i thought maybe its because i have 4 chests in the spaces already, but it took my 500 gems anyway, so i opened one of my chests to give it room to put the chest in the space, but it still hasnt appeared, can you fix this error please
