On the challenge tab right next to the battle button there is a button like 3 cards. That's where you can choose your deck in this specific challenge. Some challenges will allow players to choose from all cards even they haven't unlock the card. This is one of these challenges. In these challenges you need to choose your deck from challenge tab (where I mentioned above).
