Android Game music continue when I receive any notification!! ANNOYING!

Hi ! So the title is clear. The game music is nice , but only and only when you are playing the game! So even when I plug the charger and charging sound plays , the game music starts playing after that even if my phone was locked! I rebooted my phone and cleared the game cache and data . Here's a video to show u exactly what happens :
