We had parental controls on our son and it was a problem with in app purchases. Now have removed them. We can't get it to stop the grey out and he can't purchase the special offers he keeps getting. How can it be fixed???!! Our problem is with Clash Royale. Any solution???? Any fix? We really want to move past this issue. Thanks!!!
