Gamecenter bug, how can i transfer my acc after global relase?

So i got the famous game center bug, when i start clash royale it doesnt always connect to game center( i dont get the message)

After the global relase i want to move the game to my original account so i can use in game purchases, but i dont know if it will work because i cant open game center and maybe the game is not even saved there.

Im on ios 9.2.1
Apple is lazy and they still didnt fix that bug.

Is this normal or there should say Game Center: connected

EDIT: clickin on link device, this happens
