Android Connection issues while buying cards from game shop

I was buying arrows from the game shop just half an hour ago and then the connection issues with the "red !" popped up, afterwards all the arrows was purchased (100 cards). I never intend to buy 100 arrows, i duno if the connection problem has made this, please can you refund my Arrows i havent done anything to it.
