Android Cant log in again in Google Play Game after logout

Your game is a must and I'm playing many weeks. I have 3 different accounts on my device, for me and my kids. We select and change between the different accounts when each player change without problem.
But some day ago, Google Play Game, with the last version, want to create news Player ID. Y create 2 without problems, saving de game normally. But the third can't work. The new Player ID is created, but qhen I push de google button, the Google Play Game icon appear on top and immediately the disconnected icon appear on the center of screen, and the Google bitton remain red (disconnected). And is imposible to connect with this new Player ID.

On the Google Play Game, Clash Royale appear as a new saved game, with noting do.

I don't want to lost my game. What can I do to save it to my Google Play account?

Can I transfer it to another device to try to save it to this account? Can I force save it or reset this profile?

Please, help me.
