Hi.

on the iOS device, you need to do a factory reset (you will lose all data, make a backup if you want), after that don't use the old apple ID, use a new apple ID, log into game center, download the game. now you have a fresh new account and you can link your game from android to iOS. after that you can factory reset again and recover your back up. to change account all you need to do is log into game center with the account you want and open the game.

please remember if you don't know the password for your old apple ID, the progress that is currently linked to it will be lost.
