I explain the problem with an example:
1. run the game,
2. press Home button to go out of the game,
3. Make the phone play a sound (It can be from anything, notifications, music, etc) and stop it,
4. press the multitasking button (and you definitely see the game in viewed tasks). From now on the phone resumes the games music without needing to go in the game.
playing only a simple sound will trigger the games music.
