Android Cannot link clash royale to my new phone

So i got my new phone and i downloaded clash royale right away and opened it. And now when ever i try to link my old profile from my old phone it just says it found a 1lvl save and do i wanna overwrite my actual save with it.. so i cant get it work i hope someone can help me with this i am getting ****** off already
