Back to Android buying gems with lucky patcher
It's not clash royale issue, clash royale is working fine. It's your device and your OS issue.

However, I'm familiar with the app and how it works. Here are few things:

Have you saved the purchase? If yes, you need to delete the saved purchases and that should fix the issue. Open lucky patcher, tap on clash royale, tap on tools and then tap on remove selected saved purchases.

If it didn't work:

1: don't remove lucky patcher if you haven't stopped it. Open lucky patcher and uncheck google billing emulation and apps verification by lucky patcher . This will stop lucky patcher.

2: It's illegal to use Freedom/Lucky Patcher. So I have to suggest you uninstall it right away after you stopped it from handling your in app purchases.

3: Go to the system settings
4: Go to apps/manage apps
5: Carry on scrolling down and tap on Clash Royale
6: Tap on "clear data" (WARNING! PLEASE CHECK YOU HAVE CONNECTED YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT TO YOUR GAME PROGRESS BEFORE PRESSING CLEAR DATA SO YOU DON'T LOSE YOUR PROGRESS!!! EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU ARE ALREADY SIGNED IN PLEASE CHECK IT IS!! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT).
7: Then find Google play store (in system settings>apps) ans tap on it.
8: Find "clear data" and press it and wait until it fades out
9: (extra) go into Google play store (app market) and press okay to the terms and conditions
10: Open Clash Royale (the actual game)
11: When the game has loaded you will find in the top left corner "sign into Google +". Press that (you can also do it from game setting after finishing Training Camp)
12: It should say something like a game progress has been found with your level. Type CONFIRM Press okay and it will load your progress
13: You will then find that the gems options won't be faded and you can buy them again!!

PS: This should fix the issue, but it's not guaranteed.

If this post solved your issue please come back and tell which of the 2 solutions fixed the issue, thanks.
