It's been several days now and Supercell hasn't helped me get my account back. I missed the entire clan chest event because my account "mysteriously disappeared," and the help and support section hasn't been the slightest bit helpful. I understand that I should back up my account and I will, but it isn't my fault that one day Clash Royale decided to just remove all my legendaries and hard work. I'm hoping that the bu report section of the forums will hopefully help me, and actually respond to me.

My username was Jimmypo and I was in the clan The Order. My player ID is 2G8YVPRGO and I was player level 8. Account disappeared randomly when I opened the app, it placed me in the training grounds with a new account.

Hello and welcome to the forums! It's unfortunate to hear that you are unable to access your account and you didn't backup your progress. However no one on the forums will be able to assist you with your issue and you will need to contact SC support directly. SC doesn't offer support over the forums but, they can be contacted by completing one of the ways found here: https://forum.supercell.com/showthre...In-Out-of-game You will need to prove ownership of your account by answering questions and supplying a copy of an invoice for your first gem purchase (if there was one). Everything will take a few days to a week while you prove that you are the "original" owner of the account. Best of luck!
