Hi Everyone,

I have experienced an error in Clash Royale wherein I cannot load my primary profile in Clash Royale in my iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 10.1.

I have reported this to Supercell help and support within the application and they repeatedly gave me the following instructions:
1. Settings > Game Center
2. Sign out of the secondary account
3. Sign in using the primary account
4. Load Clash Royale app

I have repeatedly done this for 2 weeks now but the "load profile" dialogue box does not show. I have also tried resetting my phone to factory settings but to no avail.

If anyone has a solution for this problem. I would really appreciate it.
