My game was freezing and losing connection alot so i uninstalled and reinstalled now my acct has been reset to level 1 cannot get my old acct back email Sc they say message from in game but i cant everytime i go to help and support it just reloads game and i checked on coc and boom beach same thing worked with google they say its supercell there stuff is ok after going thru all the troubleshooting with them anyone have any ideas im on galaxy s6 ??? Thanks
