Android Cannot link two devices due to dead phone

Hello,
So recently my phone died while my clash royale account was on that device. How can i transfer that data onto a new device so that i can play the game? All the data was saved onto my google plus account but there is no way for me to send a code because the phone is dead. Is there a possible way i could do it like clash of clans where i just sign into my goggle plus account on the new device and open the clash royale app and it will just load in my previous user because i really do not want to start over, thank you.
