General HELP! didnt get my free chest cards

The last free chest I opened when my connection was gettig bad, few minutes later it was okey again, but I didn't recieve any gold or cards and the free chest is gone.

Please help SC, I look for my ID and post it here, please look in your report what I have to get, I am in area 3.
