Android New Clan, chat isnt working for anyone

Can't post a single thing in the clan chat box. Hit request cards and it took almost 5 minutes to show up. Chat and Send Message do nothing at all. Chat and requesting worked immediately in the last clan I was in. Searched through the first 11 pages of this forum, saw nothing about it. :confused:
