I made an in-game purchase but never got the gems. When purchasing, I updated my info, however, it timed out quickly. So I did it again, faster. So it went through and I confirmed purchase. Then I only got an email confirming my information was updated and no other email starting I made any purchase. So it's been a day and I never got my gems. Any insight of what could have happen? I don't want to make another purchase without getting my money back first. Thx in advanced.
