General I cant use the ingame help and support function

Several times I tried to report surtain unwanted things in game, like spammers that claim to give free gems if you visit a website.

But when I go to help and support, the game automaticly reload.

I tried to send an email with the link provided in play store but then I get an automated response to use the ingame function.

Is there another way to contact support?
