Android do you want to load progress with xp level 1

Hi. It's look like your progress wasn't connected to your google account. Then you have used your google account on your new device and started the game. This linked your google account to this new game progress and when you want to connect this google account on your old phone it will try to load the connected progress to it. What you need to is making a new google account, add it in your device settings>accounts. Then open the game and connect your old progress on your old phone to this new google account. At this point the google button should turn green (this means your progress is now connected to your google account). You said your phones are S4 And S7. So I have to assume your using samsung galaxy s4 and s7 which means both devices are android devices. In order to move from 1android phone to another android phone, you don't need to use link device feature. All you need to do is using the same google account connected to your game progress. It means adding it in your new device settings>accounts, and then opening the game and from game setting choosing that account (when you tap on connect/disconnect button it let you choose the account you want).
