General Forum register button/link text not working properly [Bug]

Hello,

This is my first forum post and it's a bug report. :)

After i tried to register to the forums i noticed that you can't actually click on the "Register" text at the top right corner of the forum page.

Check the screenshot:

In order to register you actually need to place your cursor slightly below the "Register text", placing cursor over "Register" text/button and clicking doesn't work.

This can be slightly confusing for new forum users like me.
I don't know if this is known problem, tried searching it but didn't found anything.
Sorry for the post if the report already exists.
