General Game constantly crashing and loss of chests

My game is constantly crashing, when I open it and mid game. Also it has crashed while I've been opening chests and I've lost the chest and non of my cards have gone up, normally I'm on with it as it free chests or silver chests but I've lost multiple golden chests and now a magical chest. I'm curious if anyone else has this problem or if it's just me because it's exceedingly annoying.

This device doesnt have the best specs to run this game but you can try clearing cache and restarting your device regularly, im pretty sure this will help. As for the chests, once you open a chest, even if the game crashes halfway, the cards that are not revealed yet are not lost.
