Android upgraded legendary not showing in game

This morning I received a sparky legendary in a free chest, I have sparky already so I upgraded for 5000. The problem is that on my deck layout I see that it now says level 2 sparky but in game play it is only showing level 1, when clan mates look at my level it only says level 1. When playing in a battle it only says level one. Please see pictures below.
