My son's Clash Royal in-app purchase screen has all the gem purchases greyed out, and when clicked on they say "Please wait. Transaction is pending." We have deleted and reloaded the app, logged in and out of game center and iCloud, but nothing seems to be able to get rid of this. I don;t know for sure, but I think it happened when my son initiated a purchase, and it went to me for approval (through family sharing), but then I didn't approve it. It has since disappeared, so I am unable to locate or approve the old request, but it seems like this might be what it thinks is "pending".

Is there any way to cancel out that transaction as restore the ability to purchase gems? Please help. Thank you.

I cannot buy them either. Nothing is working i have the sane problem. I suggest contacting supersell or apple on this one although it has failed for me
