General Mortar Does Not Attack Until Nearby Spear Goblins Are Dead

When a mortar is placed on the very edge of the arena but still in range of the enemy tower and the enemy places spear goblins directly across the river, the mortar will not attack either targets until the spear goblins are dead. Proof may be found here: http://i.imgur.com/S4bm2So.gif
