iOS Bought Gems, didnt give me them.

I bought a $19.99 Gem pack and a pop up showed that my purchase was successful, and I was still in the app, but I never got my Gems. I went on iTunes to see if money was taken out of my account, and it did take money out of my account. Please help :(

Edit:* at first I bought the $19.99 gem pack and I saw it didn't come even though it said purchase was successful, I went ahead and tried again but on the $9.99 gem pack and it also said my purchase was successful but I still never got my Gems.
