Android Customized keyboard is incompatible with clan chat

I am using a virtual keyboard which is an app available in play store named simplified cangjie keyboard. It allows me to type both english and traditional chinese. However, I found that I can't send message in the clan page while using this keyboard. I can type but just can't send it. Although I can use back the google keyboard and everything will go well, it is quite inconvenient for me. Normally, the keyboard has a button functions as the enter key of the google keyboard, but the button does nothing in the clan chat but hide the keyboard. I don't know if there any virtual keyboard encounter the same problem, or it is a bug of my virtual keyboard.
